Theresa W. Sorrentino
Theresa West Sorrentino, 87, of Oakhurst, Ocean Township, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2016 at home.
She was born in Asbury Park and lived in Oakhurst and West Long Branch before moving back to Oakhurst in 2013.
She was an office manager at Monmouth Cardiology Associates in Neptune for 20 years before retiring in 1995. Theresa was a communicant of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Roman Catholic Church, Asbury Park.
She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Joseph in 2013; her parents, Joseph and Jeanne West and a sister, Dolores Martin.
She is survived by her son Raymond Sorrentino, her daughter Sandra Krug and grandsons Daniel, Steven & Michael Krug with whom she lived, sisters Marie Haag, Joanne and her husband Jimmy Falcone and Carol and her husband Jeff Sutphin, sister-in-law, Marie “Pete” Sorrentino; grandsons, Joseph “Turtle” and Gabriel Sorrentino, 4 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
We would like to thank VNA Hospice and Healthscapes for the wonderful care given to our mother.
